So then….you take 14 multiply it by 18 and then you have

14 x 18 = 252pts

How come in pro soccer they score less points, but in pro basketball they score more points than amateures?

kids/high shool students who play soccer score more often/amateur soccer (could be 7 points) than they do in pro soccer where they usually score from 0-2 points (of course sometimes more)
but compared to basketball, the better you get and higher leagues and then pros they score more and more the higher level of basketball you play. and pros score the most.

How come its so oppisite? and which do you prefer the most? isnt it weird when you think about it?

No shot clock, I would imagine. Before the shot clock was instituted, a team could hold the ball for five or ten minutes at a stretch, just passing it around the perimeter of the court and not even pretending to take a shot. Pre shot clock scores in many leagues could be really low. The NBA had a game finish with a final score of 19-18 back in 1950.

Are you guys stupid and I mean to people who just post Point guard or Forward. Every player has a chance to score the most points depending on the team. For example Lakers, Kobe is the leading scorer and his a guard. Look at Timberwolves and Kevin Garnnet. Is Kevin Garnnet a point guard? NO. It depends on the team and what the coach wants.
